Statutory Courses

Region 11 offers compliance training, at no additional cost, to district personnel who are members of the Instructional Solutions and Support contract. On average, each self-paced course will take approximately 30 minutes or less to complete. Districts will dictate which of the following session are required for their personnel:

Registration
To register, visit the ESC Region 11 compliance registration page. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox on a laptop or desktop. Click the Compliance logo on the right-hand side and follow the prompts.
If you are unsure about whether or not you have a profile in ESC Region 11's registration system, visit the registration home page and click Sign In, then click Forgot Password.
Due to the immediate enrollment, our system will no longer send email confirmations for compliance courses. If you do not see your courses on your Canvas dashboard, they will appear within two (2) hours. -
Access Courses
Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS). Courses, student profiles, and course enrollments are imported into Canvas from our registration system.
- Open an internet browser; we recommend using Chrome or Firefox.
- Go to https://esc11.instructure.com.
- The username is your email address on file in our registration system, and the password should be your ESC Region 11 registration password. If you are unable to log in, email our helpdesk at elearning.help@esc11.net and ask for a temporary password.
- Once logged in, you may access your compliance training by clicking the course on your Canvas dashboard or by clicking courses on the left sidebar then click the name of the course.
To reset your Canvas password email our helpdesk at elearning.help@esc11.net and ask for a temporary password.

Certificates
Certificates will be issued weekly.
After course conclusion, if the participant has completed all of the required course activities, their name will be submitted to Region 11’s Registration Office. The transcript should reflect credit(s) received in accordance with the Statutory Compliance courses which they have successfully completed.
You can access your transcript by following these steps:
- Navigate to our homepage - www.esc11.net
- Select Professional Learning at the top of the page.
- Select Sign In located in the top right-hand corner.
- Hover over My and select Transcript.
- In the right-hand column, click Evaluation.
- Fill out the evaluation and click Submit.
- To view your certificate, return to Transcript, and click Certificate.
Granting credit is a manual process. Please allow one week for the certificate to appear in the transcript. If you do not see credit for a given course, confirm that you completed the course with an 80% or higher.

Statutory training is FREE to all personnel whose district or charter purchased the Instructional Solutions and Support contract.
