The Class Roster collection is used to report data about course offerings, teacher demographics, teacher class assignments, student demographics, and student class enrollments. The data is used to create a student assessment data portal accessible by school districts, teachers, parents, students, and public institutions of higher education. Class Roster collects information in advance of and close to the time assessments are administered so that vendors can link that student to their correct teachers. This allows the TEA to provide assessment results through the assessment portal at the individual classroom level.
Fall Submission: The Fall Class Roster Submission is no longer required for the 2024-25 school term.
- Class Roster Fall SNAPSHOT is the last Friday in September
- Due Date: October 19, 2023
- Only LEA-employed or contracted staff serving an LEA as of the last Friday in September who have a ROLE-ID 087 (Teacher) or ROLE-ID 047 (Long-term Substitute Teacher) are reported
Winter Submission:
- Class Roster Winter SNAPSHOT is the last Friday in February (02/23/2024)
- Due Date: March 28, 2024
- Only LEA-employed or contracted staff serving an LEA as of the last Friday in February who have a ROLE-ID 087 (Teacher) or ROLE-ID 047 (Long-term Substitute Teacher) are reported
