Please find the answers to our most frequently asked questions below. If you have other questions, please reach out directly to Rory Peacock at rpeacock@esc11.net. We look forward to seeing you at the conference!

What does the schedule look like?
Check-in for the conference begins at 8:00 with breakfast items and coffee for all participants. We will kick off the conference events with our opening keynote speaker at 9:00. Breakout sessions covering various topics take place at 10:00, 11:00, 1:00, and 2:00. A hot, buffet-style lunch will be served at 11:45 for all attendees. The exhibit area will be open from 8:30 until 2:15.
What type of sessions are included in the conference?
Each year varies based on the call for proposal for sessions. We offer informative presentations, workshops, moderated panels, and round-table discussions. Our goal is to put on a good show, but our focus is on content delivery to ensure that all of our attendees walk away with a feeling that their time was well spent at the conference.
If you have a presentation that you would like to share with others, please feel free to complete our Call for Proposals form to be considered. The link is below.

Do you have an exhibit hall?
We do not separate our vendors from our attendees throughout the day. Our large facility has a very wide rectangular hall that surrounds the session rooms. Our vendor setups line the hall to ensure maximum exposure and conversation for our attendees. There are 15-minute breaks between each session as well as an hour and 15-minute break for lunch and exhibits.
Are there scanners provided to collect attendee contact information?
We do not utilize scanners to capture attendee details for our partners. The event is FREE for all to attend, so this is one way that we cut down on the expense to make it possible to deliver a quality conference at the absolute best price for all.
