TEA Title III Symposium
-
We are pleased to welcome you to the 2024 Title III Symposium. This year’s event will include relevant, research-based strategies to empower our diverse emergent bilingual students as we invite the other special populations to present sessions at the beautiful Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas. These sessions will ensure that all emergent bilingual students experience an increase in academic achievement and positive school outcomes. The theme guiding this year's Symposium is "United We Thrive" recognizing the benefits of bilingualism and advancing our students to their highest potential.
We are eager to welcome everyone at the Networking Social on Sunday, July 14 from 5 to 7 pm, by building connections and sharing ideas. We invite you to enjoy appetizers and refreshments while previewing poster sessions which highlight best practices implemented by your talented fellow educators across the state. During the Symposium you will choose from a variety of breakout sessions presented by Texas colleagues. These sessions will provide valuable information that links content and instructional strategies in innovative ways to support emergent bilingual student success. The intentional selection of sessions and leveraging these networking opportunities will allow you to connect and share examples of the tremendous things happening in your schools, and classrooms.
