Brandilyn DePalma has more than 20 years of experience in school business and finance. As the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at ESC Region 11, she oversees all internal business and accounting functions, the external business services team, the child nutrition department, the transportation department, and facilities and construction. She began working at ESC Region 11 in 2013 where she served for two years as the purchasing and construction lead, four years as the director of business before being named the chief financial and operations officer in 2019.

Prior to joining ESC Region 11, DePalma began her career in school business with Mansfield ISD where she held numerous roles in the purchasing, facilities, and accounting departments.

She is a proud testament of a paraprofessional who returned to college to pursue a professional role within school finance. 

DePalma graduated magna cum laude from Northwood University with bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is an active member of TASBO and holds certification as a Texas Contract Manager. She is proud to be a part of ESC Region 11 and is dedicated to serving all our districts and charters.
