Complete an ESC R11 Contract
To begin the process of completing a contract with ESC Region 11, local education agencies must follow certain steps:
- Go to the Contract Submission Site.
- Enter your login. (Listed in email sent to superintendent.)
- District superintendents are given logins to the contract submission site. Access to additional users can be granted by completing steps within the contract site.

- Begin the contract process.
- For help with contracts, review the Steps to Complete and Submit District/Charter/Private School Contracts. The instruction sheet provides steps on how to authorize additional users, guides you through the contract approval process and gives step-by-step instructions for completing a contract.
Please note, ESC Region 11 does not accept district/charter credit card payments. A different form of payment must be used for your transaction.
