Updating Courses and Users in Canvas:
If you already have a Canvas instance set up but need to update your courses and users, the Canvas Administrator for the district or charter will need to perform a SIS Import. If you need additional support getting your SIS Import to load, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Parent Access in Canvas:
The easiest way to set up parent access in Canvas is to let them self-enroll. Once you turn on the self-enroll feature for parents in Canvas, then they can create their account from your district login page and connect to their students.
